Immediate openings for seasoned project managers at our Buffalo NY headquarters. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years project management experience on large-scale projects. Experience in the hospitality field is a plus. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project, Office, communication and extensive construction document reading skills are a must. Candidate must be able to effectively manage multiple contracts. Tasks will include bidding, drawing review, buyouts, monitoring projects and site supervisors from the office, management and oversight of schedule, cost, and quality while maintaining strong owner relationships. Must be willing to travel for site visits, attention to detail and professionalism are expected.
EHA is in search of experienced field superintendents. Applicants must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and on site supervision experience of large projects exceeding $5M in value. Tasks will include monitoring, coordinating, and implementing aggressive project schedules, supervising and coordinating numerous subcontractors onsite simultaneously, with oversight of project quality, and safety, and also maintaining a strong owner relationship. Hotel construction experience is a plus. Travel is required. Additional Per Deim is offered for extended out of town projects.
