A new $3.33 million Holiday Inn in Hamburg, New York, had rather specific building requirements and needed to open on time and within budget.
True to EHA estimates, the 84-room, 48,000 sq. ft. Holiday Inn of Hamburg was completed May 2009 in 10 months, two months faster than the typical schedule for a building of this type.
